Payment Options

Our payment options are outlined below. If you require further explanation or are experiencing issues with your payment, please call us and speak with our friendly staff for assistance.

  • Payments are to be made on the day of treatment, at the end of the appointment. We accept cash, cheques, EFTPOS and most major credit cards. Please note that all credit card payments will incur a 1% surcharge;

  • Unfortunately, we don't offer any payment plans;

  • We accept and bulk bill any service provided under the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Scheme;

  • If you have dental health insurance, we provide HICAPS facilities so you only have to pay the gap;

  • Large restorative treatments, such as dentures, implants and crowns require an initial deposit and payments can be made incrementally prior to completion of the treatment;

  • We are able to provide a quote for any treatment after an initial examination is performed.

Cancellation Policy

A fee may be charged for failing to attend appointments, or cancelling within 24 hour of your scheduled time.
